How Do I Book?
For all bookings please navigate to our "Plan Your Party" page to start booking your event or give us a call to reserve your magical vibrant themed package and date!
Do You Have Themes for Boys and Girls?
Absolutely, everyone is included with Teepee Ka’Boo! Don’t see the theme you are looking for? Please contact us directly and we can discuss and create a custom theme for your special event for an additional price and you must book at least 1 month and a half in advance.
May I Book a Party for Less Than 4 People?
Yes, you can reserve one tent or more, please contact us for more details.
How Many Are Allowed per Tent?
Only one person is permitted in each tent for safety purposes.
Where Do You Host Your Events?
Teepee Ka’Boo at this time can go to whichever indoor setting you like. We are happy to set up our tents and host your event at the venue of your choice! Whether this event is taking place at your home, or even a hotel. Please contact us to discuss the location at the time of booking. Should your event take place at a Hotel or anywhere outside of your home, please check the third parties' guidelines and policies prior to booking. Please be advised, you are responsible for all fees associated with the specific location.
Do You Offer Day Parties?
Of Course! We will set up our tents at your home or venue, even if this is not a slumber party! We understand some clients would like to enhance the décor and or theme with our tents, but do not feel comfortable with sleepovers, no worries! We are aware that “Sleep Under” parties are becoming more and more popular and we will want to be there for your event to add our razzle-dazzle decoration and fun.
Sleep Under Party – Guest attend parties in their nightclothes, do all the fun and crazy things you would at a typical sleepover without actually spending the night.
How Do You Keep Your Items Sanitary?
We take pride in the cleanliness and care of all Teepee Ka’Boo products after each event. All bedding is inspected and professionally cleaned. Each mattress cover is disinfected and is individually zipped in a protective cover after each and every use. Our tents, decorative pillows, and decor are all sanitized after each event.
*Please provide your own pillow and pillowcases while using our tent for best sanitation purposes.
Are There Venue Requirements?
We ask for a blank canvas, or as much space as possible. All furniture and other large items should be removed prior to set up and arrival. WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE. We ask that each room is large enough to host the space for our tents, mattresses, and décor. *Please note – no smoking and or pets near the event space please ensure the event is smoke-free to ensure the integration of our product.
May We Bring Food & Beverages Inside the Tents?
To eliminate damage to the linens, mattress, tents, and décor we ask that food and drinks not be consumed while inside the tent.
How Much Space is Needed for Set Up?
Each Teepee Ka’Boo tent is around 7 feet deep, 4 feet wide, and about 5 feet tall. Feel free to contact us so we may discuss set up options at your next event. We offer semi-circle, aisles, and even a lineup to ensure you utilize your unique space.
May We Use Your Tents and Décor Outdoors?
At this time, our tents and décor are for indoor use only. *Stay in touch for future outdoor options.
Do I Need to Make a Deposit When Booking? How Do I Pay?
We require 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your theme and event date. *Events booked less than two weeks in advance are required to pay in full at the time of booking.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
Should you need to cancel or change the dates of your event you must notify us at least 7 Days prior to your event. Please keep in mind we cannot guarantee dates of availability if you change the date of your event. *No Refunds for cancellations within the 7 days of your event.

Food & Beverages
To eliminate damage to the linens, mattress, tents, and décor we ask that food and drinks not be consumed while inside the tent. We request light dry snacks and clear beverages be consumed in the tents. We ask that there are no greasy or messy foods to be served inside and or around the tents. We take pride in the cleanliness and care of all Teepee Ka’Boo products and ask that you help us maintain our quality.
Damages
Damages found to Teepee Ka’Boo products will result in assessment of charges to the client. Items that may stain or damage our linens and fabric should not be in use while in our tents. Some of these items are but are not limited to paint, makers, crayons, nail polish, makeup, glue, colored drinks, food, or slime products. Decorative pillows are decorative and not meant for sleeping purposes.
Cancellations & Refunds
Should you need to cancel or change the dates of your event you must notify us at least 7 Days prior to your event. Please keep in mind we cannot guarantee dates of availability if you change the date of your event. *No Refunds for cancellations within the 7 days of your event.
Concerns or Issues
Teepee Ka’Boo is not responsible for damage or loss of our inventory once placed at an event location. We assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages. The client will be held entirely financially responsible for any defacing of our property. Teepee Ka’Boo is not responsible for any activities that take place during the rental period of our products that might result in an allergic reaction. Nor or we responsible for allergic/medical reactions that are a result of the food menu, wearing of costumes, and or materials given at the event.
